ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH SIDE DISH: BIANCA THE FOODIE COOKS

This is a simple side dish:
  • Butternut squash (cubed)
  • Bertoli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Penzey's "Sunny Spain"
  •  Sea Salt (fine)
  • Fresh Lemon Juice
